It helps to put your ideas into writing and store them in this tool. When it comes to ideas, they come and go. In that case, whenever you think about a good idea, you have to put it down so that you can use it at a future date. You do not need a notebook as Evernote is there. It helps you to be organized in terms of the notes you make based on the ideas that come up. Your thoughts are put into writing and organized in an easy to access platform. As such whenever you want to access the thoughts in the notes, you can do so with ease regardless of where you are. You do not have to worry about losing your notebook as they are safely stored in the product. You can also take a photo using your phone and upload it on Evernote for safe keeping.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is much to learn on how to make the best use of this tool. It can work for or against you depending on how you use it. When it comes to the organization of your notes, you will need to be smart about it. This is because you might end up being disorganized where your notes will be difficult to trace. As an individual, you have to take time and learn how each feature in Evernote works before you can commit to it. All in all, it promises organized notes and schedule once you get the hang of things.

It is seamless in terms of storing all your ideas in one place. You can also access them from a single location where you are managing a team of members. On the same platform, members can set up meetings to brainstorm on ideas and thoughts. It has helped us to be better in content marketing as we need each other to come up with great ideas and thoughts for our next projects. On top of that, we are able to schedule on when content should go live in the blog and social media. This is achieved through developing a calendar on content marketing and setting up reminders when that time arrives.
