Decent product, but non-responsive customer service

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product worked fairly well for taking meeting notes and saving files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I used this product for about 6 months, during which time I found I wanted a follow up function that I could link from meeting notes and that would tie to microsoft outlook. Due to the lack of this feature, I switched to OneNote, which as a microsoft product, was much more conducive to achieving my desired results.

After I stopped using Evernote, I forgot to cancel my subscription. Upon my 1 year anniversary, I was charged an additional +/- $70. When I tried to inquire with their customer service about cancelling my subscription and getting a prorated refund, I received no response. So beware when signing up for a product for unwanted reoccurring fees if you decided to stop using the product and a lack of customer service if you have an issue with those associated fees.
