It makes accessing the notes easier since you can synchronize it in all of your devices. This means that, you can save a note using your mobile phone and later use your desktop to access that particular note. This help to manage all your notes and with the ease of accessibility, you are in a better place. Apart from notes, you can store images in the notes. It helps you to organize your notebooks in a tag based manner which makes it easy to search for a notebook. Regardless of how many notebooks you have in the system, you can use the tag to narrow down the search and access your notebook within a few minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every tool out there will have its limitations. However, the best tools will have few as compared to the benefits they bring to the table. For Evernote, it is no different as it offers reliable organization solutions for documents, files, images and notes. You can store your ideas and notes in a virtual platform where you can access from multiple devices. However, if you are on the free version of the product, you will only be limited to 2 devices. Also, the editing of tables on Evernote is not as reliable as it should be. This could be the case because of the user interface, which is not designed to do that.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The storage, saving and access of information has become easier thanks to Evernote. I do not have to worry about where I kept a particular file or from where I should access it. Evernote can be synched with all the devices to give you all access to your information from anywhere you are. It is a reliable tool that has made it possible for smooth workflow at my place of work. I can complete tasks within a short period of time because I have everything I need at my disposal. All I need I a device that is connected to my Evernote and I am okay.
