You can search what you want on the web and add to your notebooks via Evernote and therefore allowing you not to miss anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although helpful in taking and organizing notes, it lacks a walkthrough tutorial you can utilize to learn more about what it has to offer. Instead, it has a detailed way and brings the need to do a lot of searching and course taking to learn about its features, which is boring and takes a lot of time to grasp.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The storage feature is amazing and offers a long term solution to storing your documents and files. Apart from that, you can keep your files and documents organized, in a way that when you want to retrieve them, it will be easy.
