What are the best aspects of this product?
It helps you to be better organized in terms of the notes. You can access the notes on your phone with ease, share them with multiple users and collaborate with ease. In short, you have a paperless office where you can store and access all your documents without major problems. In my time of using this tool, I have not had major glitches or bugs that kept me away from using it. It is easy to use and set up which means that there is a short learning curve even for beginners. You can also access it from the web-based platform or an application which adds to its flexibility.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has multiple limitations when it comes to the functionality. For example, it does not integrate with business platforms such as LinkedIn and Slack. It would be better if it integrated with such platforms or products to help hold meetings or collaborate with clients in a more professional way. Also, it does not have templates for the notes, which means that you have to create notes from scratch which can be cumbersome. It would be better if there were templates on Evernote that gives you a head-start when creating notes. This would make it easy and fast to come up with professional notes. The search or filter tool should be more reliable to help you find the note you are looking for with ease. The live note taking during a live meeting should also be available.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has allowed me to improve on my organization. I can prepare well for the calls, which puts me at a greater position to succeed. When it comes to scheduling meetings, you want to be at the top of things. Evernote has made this possible on my end as I can create notes on the agenda of the coming meeting and prepare for it as a result. That way, I am able to speak to the impact and thus achieve my objective in full. All meeting calls need to be assessed in full length before the next call or meeting is held. With Evernote, I am able to take notes based on the previous calls and get up to speed with what to talk about in the next meeting agenda.
