Evolve IP has the best support team! They are professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and do their best to help us fix system issues in no time. It’s the best support I’ve ever experienced in my entire career in the call center industry.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing negative thing to say about the solution. All is great and if there is a problem, their support team is always ready to provide assistance and solution. On top of that, they listen to the end-user’s feedback and apply suggestions when they see fit.
