What are the best aspects of this product?
Most tools are self-managed so there is no need to contact the support every now and then. And whenever I have concerns and need help from the support, I can usually reach them immediately and they help me solve the issue quickly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The unified computer phone service is an add-on feature so our organization decided to just use phones. Whenever we need to make online meetings or conversations, we just use Skype. We would love if the feature would be standard. Also, I find their user administration hard to manage.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This solution is really flexible and works well in a various working environment. It is being used not only by our office-based staff but of our home-based employees as well. The latter reported good experience using the system.
