What are the best aspects of this product?
It has great mobility. The system links our mobile phones to our office phones and seamlessly transfer calls between units so I am able to monitor and answer calls even when I’m away from the office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some users still aren’t aware of the system’s ability to process calls using devices other than phones. This is not a problem of the system but it would be nice if they would release something that would help users understand the possibilities and functionalities of this solution.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For home-based workers, there’s no need to purchase and rely on home phones or smartphones to take calls. They can already have softphones on their mobile devices or laptops which is somehow more efficient and less costly.
