What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about this phone system are its self-management tools. There's no need to seek assistance when using them (except at the beginning). I also like Account Management. It is excellent.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The self-management tool includes a lot of features but is a bit difficult to use. It would be amazing if the vendor would make it more user-friendly. Apart from that, the number of available functionalities is quite overwhelming and hard to put them all together in the solution’s interface.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are able to tailor-fit our call flow and parameters and ensure that it works in a way that will allow us to provide the best support to our customers. With this solution, we are able to provide an immediate response to customers with serious issues raised and helped them fix their problems in no time. Evolve IP has made our call routing and call centers for customer service and support much better.
