What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the strengths of this system is its scalability. It can constantly provide quality service and cover the needs of growing businesses. When we opened our new office locations around the United States, this VoIP solution has made the process way easier and even save us money. We just extended the service from our HeadQuarter.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The number of available online resources or guides for troubleshooting issues is very limited. But it’s not really a big issue since they have ticket generation which we use to raise concerns. Their support staff is very responsive and help us solve our system issues fast.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Evolve IP Phone system is our business’ partner to success. We are able to expand the business without having to get another VoIP provider. It is easily scalable.
