What are the best aspects of this product?
I love the quality of the calls! No dropped calls or problems with jitter. The support to various phones from different vendors is really beneficial; having options is awesome because we got to choose what works best for the business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are limited options for managing emails as well as for managing old emails. There’s no option to set a time when the system should delete the old messages we have already listened to. Aside from that, I wish the system can be integrated into laptops.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
When we transfer to our new office, our department also decided to get a new phone system. We chose to have Evolve IP and it’s a great decision. It’s a good product that offers a plethora of perks to businesses.
