What are the best aspects of this product?
The transition from our company’s internal IP phone system to this solution has been pretty seamless. The team that Evolve has deployed to assist us in the transition are the best! They know exactly what they are doing, very skilled, and even went an extra mile to ensure everything is alright. They even crawled under the office desks without hesitation to plug in the phones themselves! We’ve been using this solution for more than a year now and so far everything is still great.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We had a small issue with the support desk. It seems like they are having a hard time keeping up with the needs and requirements of our growing company. Not really a deal-breaker but it would be nice if the support desk will be improved. But overall, their support is actually awesome. There’s an easy path for escalating issues and critical concerns usually got fix fairly quickly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We don’t have to use the on-prem IP telephony solution. With Evolve IP, we are able to save money (it’s affordable), improve our management, and enjoy more flexibility.
