What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is loaded with useful features, including chat, video call, activity feeds, etc. I also love how easy it is to customize the product. Widgets are a bg help. The documents folders make document management fast and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

eXo Platform can be slow sometimes. The user interface is okay but it needs improvement and good alignments.
