It is easy to use and intuitive. You can easy customize the tool to fit your needs. For example, you can include categories in the system that matches those in your QuickBooks or organizational reporting needs. It makes it easy for you to expert reports for your expenses. Since you can easily set up categories the way you like, it offers a better reporting platform regardless of your needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The approval of reports feature is not as reliable as it should be. At times, a user can approve a report without your consent, which closes it. The tool does not produce recent activities on which reports have been approved, which makes it difficult to find that report. It would be better if there was an easier way to find all reports that are approved.
