What are the best aspects of this product?

It offers both web and mobile application for any business organization to use. The fact that it can track and record charges in your credit card makes it an ideal tool for reporting purposes. We are able to produce reports and hold each user accountable based con the reports. It integrates well with our accounting systems, which allows for tailored reporting and reconciliation of accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When we have a preauthorized credit card charge of a particular month and account for it in that month, it shows up in the next month statement. This problem can be annoying as you have to go back to the statement and remove it manually. Despite this, the tool works fine to solve most of the accounting issues we had before.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can keep track of our expenses and how we use the credit card with the help of Expensify. It has improved our accounting as we can produce reports with ease in the shortest time. In fact, we have reduced our staff by 2 people after introducing the Expensify tool. Employees are more productive, effective and able to meet deadlines in terms of processing reports.
