What are the best aspects of this product?
It comes with a great pricing model such that it is based on active users instead of users in general. This brings value based on how you use the tool in your business. It is mobile compatible which means you can download the app on your device and create reports on your expenses on the move. The integration with QuickBooks and Google apps allow you to perform your duties in a professional and efficient manner. You can create different reports with different names which makes your work easier.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although it integrates with QuickBooks, it does not offer integrations with Webhooks and an API. In terms of integration with QuickBooks, it would be better if it offered a summarized invoice for customers per item in a certain product line. This would make work easier on our part. All in all, the tool offers great experience for what we need.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Expensify has become our everyday manager for our enterprise expenses. We can now spend less time in accounting for the expenses we have uncured and complete those reports in time. Apart from that, you can also account for expenses, in the case where the organization is made up of different branches spread across different geographical areas, with minimum effort.
