What are the best aspects of this product?
It is simple for anyone to use. You can find your way around the tool without much help or time learning about how it works. For your receipts, you can add them into the system by uploading them. It offers great solutions for managing your expenses and you can store multiple reports for future reference. Unlike Concur, Expensify offers multiple functionalities in a single software.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
When you compare with a tool like Concur, Expensify has been scaled down in terms of expense reporting. It does not offer detailed reporting which can be a drawback on my part. It would be better if it was upgraded on this part and offer more detailed reporting or better decision making.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything to do with purchases and expenses will be taken care of by Expensify. It allows me to buy what I need for the company and spend what is required on the same. Apart from that, I can safely store the details of those expenses in the system and review them whenever a need arises. In short, everything is in order when it comes to budgeting.
