PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It connects to QB and credit cards but there are a lot of softwares that do this.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It constantly loses connection, having to manually set up again and the system doesn’t recognize that it’s already imported or exported things, causing duplicates and an accounting nightmare to clean up.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

That they have a notification when this separation happens. Their software doesn’t recognize it at all and we have to figure it out after weeks of false information.

None, other than being electronic, this program has been terrible
