Great tool, it makes the expense reports useful

What are the best aspects of this product?

Expensify is easy to use, you can download it and start using it right away. All my clients can start using it, because it is free to start and then they can easily accept the pricing model because it is affordable tool. Also, I love its support team, they are great. I had some requirements and issue with some features and they helped me to solve the problem and to meet my needs. I feel that we as their clients are important to them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could improve the billable feature so it can be integrated better with Intacct and to include some automatic sync.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool the expense report are extremely easy, it saves lot of time.
