I love its mobile app

What are the best aspects of this product?

I often use its mobile app because it is user-friendly and I can easily upload expenses for reimbursement in real time from anywhere. It allows me to add an expense to an expense report immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I couldn’t un-link the credit card account from expensify account via mobile app, I haven’t try the online version yet.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are lot of people who make the purchases on behalf of their organization, we can quickly reimbursed for the purchases without waiting for hard-copy receipt or by having multiple credit cards in the organization. There is no need for petty cash because we can make the purchases of any size with the credit card and we can easily submit the receipt for the reimbursement.
