I’m very satsifed from Expensify

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that this tool is easy to use, it has clean and intuitive interface. You can easily administer from the admin side. It provides lot of options and there are lot of ways to personalize it for our needs. I like the credit card integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish I could customize the billable toggles more and to make them more exclusive even though the users are allowed to toggle them both. Also, it would be great if the reports have an option to select few times either checkbox option or multi-value drop-down or something similar. Right now there are only options for text field, drop-down and date.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to reduce the usage of paper so we were searching for a tool that would help us to gather receipts and report paperless so our staff who travel more can easily capture the receipts on the go.
