It has a mobile app, which you can install in your mobile device. With such a platform, you can easily take a picture of your receipt, upload it and store it in your system. The process is fast and offers relevant features to help you create reports after uploading all the receipts. It allows you to link with your credit cards and track all the charges for the purpose of reporting. It has a friendly user interface and allows you to know the status of your report.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process of uploading the receipts can be long. You have to wait before the pictures you have captured of your receipts complete to upload. In spite of it being easy to use, at first, I could not transfer the expenses to the report. I had to seek help elsewhere to learn how to do that. It would be better if the tool came with a tutorial on how to achieve this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now perform or generate expense reports with ease. We do not spend a lot of time preparing these reports as Expensify has come to save the day. This has allowed us to save a lot of time, money and energy. We can now do more work for less time with the help of this tool.
