The ability to integrate with other products, such as Tsheets, is attractive, and the OCR seems to work well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
If you are a small business and will be setting this up yourself, BE AWARE that there is NO LIVE HUMAN BEING available to you in any way for customer support. No chat, no email, no ticket system, no phone. There is an automated bot called "Concierge" which can give you canned answers. I have just cancelled my account (also not easy to do) after spending a week trying to get a simple answer to a set up question. No amount of pleading, badgering, or threatening the bot produced a human to answer my question. If you are an employee using this product you may like it very well, but woe to the small business person who is trying to set it up and support it. Stay away.
