Regardless of where you are, whether in a car or airplane, you can upload the receipts from your mobile device. You can also track charges in your credit card for small expenses to help create the expense report. Apart from that, you can submit the report or send it to your supervisor or yourself for review purposes.

The SmartScan feature can be unreliable depending on the mobile device you have. Also, when an employee sends an expense report to you, it does not send notifications that you have a pending report that requires your approval. Due to this, the employee has to notify you manually that they have sent a report.
