What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love most about Expensify software is that everything is online, and there is no need of using paper, all you have to do is to upload the receipts. You can take a picture of the receipt and upload it to the site or app. The process is simple, clear and easy to keep track of them. You can easily make change within the report. The interface is clean and easy to work with. This is great tool for our remote-team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is no natural integration with ERP and if you use an ERP than this tool might make some additional complications. However, the product is great for small to medium size businesses.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before using Expensify we had to track and submit expenses on a paper and we were searching for a tool that would help us to go paperless and to put the whole process online so we can easily manage them. Thanks to the Expensify we can track the expenses and use it for transparency and retrieval purposes. We can easily manage the submission, approval and reconciliation process.
