What are the best aspects of this product?
when it's working, it's really good. scans are solid, and the workflow is done well
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
their billing is scandalous - expensify hide behind fixed contracts and auto-renew clauses that you can escape from - it's shady beyond belief
we had financial issues during covid and expensify increased our billing rate despite the number of staff employed dropping by 50%. still - our fees have more than doubled in a year and we cannot get out of the contract EVEN FOR STAFF WHO AREN'T HERE.
