What are the best aspects of this product?

It's capable of building and sharing external dashboards for external partners. It quickly does prototyping of reporting views. Simple to use. Even newbies can breeze by this without a hitch. Trackability and security are thoguht out extremely well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There have been instances where the tool's innovation rate is way too fast. The documentation is really poor. We were hoping they can improve on that. Data imports appear to be limited at best although their campaign management is slowly improving.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're making use of their reporting functionalities as a source of truth in the company. The dashboard gives a glimpse of the state of the company from varying perspectives on a weekly or monthly basis. It would even give an operation view that drills things down to the minute and hour.
