I like how simple it can be in setting up scenarios in automating your flow of marketing communication. What's more, we were able to come up and deploy advanced recommendation models when using this system to help boost our sales. Their support is excellent as they're always quick to respond.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you happen to be new to the platform, there may be some features that can be hard to figure out on your own. Fortunately, their support is more than happy to take in any calls to discuss any issue regarding the platform. They're willing to go as far as helping you set up a call to guide or help you in real-time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to come up with a recommendation model for recommending wines that people would love. We did this based on the listed ratings and other gathered data. What's more, we were capable of automating our marketing communication flow so we won't have to send out an general email and do stuff by hand.
