The best tool we have found for customer analytics and on-site marketing

What are the best aspects of this product?

It takes only a couple of minutes to launch targeted on-site marketing campaigns with Exponea and no design or programming work from client side is needed - this saves us a lot of time and money.
In analytics, the range of possibilities is breathtaking, at least compared to other off-the-shelf tools we have tried before.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool is very powerful so quite a few of the functions are not exactly self-explaining. As we are too lazy to read the manuals, we just use online chat support of Exponea whenever we need to do something more complicated.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

More web layer templates and options.
