What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been making use of this tool and their support for our renowned Fofola campaign, which garnered us a couple Gold Effie awards for our highly effective communication. Exponea has given us numerous media insights. For instance, after doing an analysis on YouTube and Facebook traffic for a campaign site, we understood that while both are priced similarly, those coming into YouTube are the ones who were active and have a tendency to spend more time on the site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would've been fantastic to have some kind of PowerPoint-ready exports of results from varying marketing departments. Right now, it's one issue that I'm dealing with. Hopefully, they can come up with something to make it easier for users.
