What are the best aspects of this product?

Exponea is a user-friendly tool for building campaigns. It doesn't need advanced knowledge of programming languages. It's given us plenty of chances to target relevant customers. We love how we can make automated campaigns on its own environment. I like how they provide support for clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At times, I'd get lost in the environment since it would frequently change. But I'm beginning to comprehend the necessary need to making constant changes. This would help ensure improved experience to the end-user. Other than that, nothing else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to come up with automated email campaigns. We're keeping track of each customer's journey. We've performed a bunch of AB tests and have tried using just about every functionality in the platform. We've tried pretty much just about everything in the tool.
