PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One system for all projects on the one place. It takes only a few minutes to prepare event for each of countries, which we have. We use it daily to send our newsletter or to create web layers. This saves us a lot of time and money.
The range of possibilities in analytics data. We see immediately how are our campaigns successful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't know any problematic aspects. If we need more informations, we just use online chat of Exponea support.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Next order day predictions.

Advanced logic in sending newsletter, advanced logic in creating web layers, segmentation of our customer base by their behaviour.
