What are the best aspects of this product?

At first, I was quite skeptical about using Extensis because I have no idea how to start using it, so I was intimidated and scared. However, after trying it out and seeing how the system works, I became more confident that I can use it to improve our work quality. Aside from that, the app is accessible to all of my team members. Meaning they can open it all simultaneously then get some work done. At the same time, IT personnel can fix any ongoing problems that the users are experiencing. I’m still looking into the API. I’m trying to figure out how to develop a system that can help improve our current work process that would benefit every team member.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have tried installing Extensis to several computers with different operating systems and see how it responds to us. We made a vote then eventually settled for Linux because of its faster, more efficient, and low maintenance. Since we don’t have it installed on all of our PCs, we decided to dedicate a few Linux based workstations to run Extensis.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The primary purpose of having this program in our organization is to ensure that we can manage and keep track of all our digital assets and use them accordingly. This saves us from going through a lot of trouble in the future, plus it helps us do our jobs in the most efficient way that we can think of.
