What are the best aspects of this product?

Extensis helps my team of employees control all of our digital assets in an effective and non-complicated manner. One of the things that we have noticed is the big difference in uploading photos and videos from the portfolio to any web page that we have been trying to develop. We have thousands of pictures in store, but we could not find the images we need to use to enhance the brand we are currently working on. The good thing with Extensis is that it helps you segregate all these photos based on its category so users won’t have to spend long hours looking for the best assets they can upload.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some individual clients require us to update their website more often than usual; let’s say every week. I have to say that it takes a lot of work to accomplish this kind of task even if we have Extensis installed on our workstations. I wish that they could develop a specific product feature that would help take charge of updating a particular content without the need for us to spend long hours in front of the computer and replace some of the photos and videos from scratch.

One of the reasons I recommend Extensis Portfolio is that it helps you manage your photos, videos, and other documents by placing it in one centralized storage space. No matter how many digital assets you own, you can easily find it by using the search box. Type keywords that will give you the results that you wanted in just a few seconds. Also, I found out that using Extensis will help you preserve your assets, which is considered a safer option than storing them on your computer or laptop. At first, my team and I struggled in sharing standard folders for our files. We wanted to look for a way to improve our work process, so we shopped around for software that could help us. Then when we transitioned into Extensis Portfolio, things became more manageable for us. Anyone from the team can access the software and add, delete, or rename files anytime they wish to. Organizing the assets isn’t hard to do, so we could easily find the things we need for our projects, saving time, and effort from our end. Plus, everyone from the team has access to the platform making it more convenient to use anytime they wish to.
