The customer support team is always available to help us deal with complex issues. Plus it helps our staff look for significant photos that they can use to upload digital content via the internet.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app itself can be a little bit fuzzy. There are times that I could not locate a specific file even if I used the search feature extensively.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I prefer using Extensis as a storage for all assets instead of keeping it in an external hard drive, which can be risky. We were able to come up with hundreds of thousands of photos in our files, and I could sync it seamlessly with Extensis. It helps us steer clear of any copyright issues that makes us more confident about our work.
