Extensis comes with many features that can enhance our branding goals and take it a notch higher than what we usually expect. Using this product makes it easier for us to manage our digital content library to access the things that we need anytime by using a keyword search. Before purchasing Extensis, I suggest that you take advantage of the free trial offer and use it for several weeks. You'll have enough time to think if it's worth spending on or not. I realized that it's beneficial for the business by ensuring that all our projects won't encounter any legal issues or problems in the future. Also, their support team is truly supportive and helpful to all of my staff. Anyone can place a call to ask for help, and they answer right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that they could develop a cloud version of this product so our design and creative team can access it anywhere they go. Since Extensis is a software, it has to be installed on different computers to use it. I’ve also been experiencing issues while using MAC, so I’m not recommending this to those who own Apple laptops. You might end up feeling somewhat frustrated with all the bugs and latency that you might encounter.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

What I like about Extensis is that it saves us a lot of time looking for materials that we could use for our advertising projects. Instead of spending days analyzing each of the digital materials without compromising a certain project's integrity, we can get results in less than an hour. It's very easy to learn how things work and maintain our digital assets while keeping all of our portfolios intact in one location.
