What are the best aspects of this product?

It is one of the smartest application that I have ever encountered in the industry nowadays. My design team can quickly determine whether it's okay to use specific photos or not for their ongoing projects. Also, you have the liberty to fill up the gallery with digital assets of your choice.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve been using the mobile version of Extensis, and more work still needs to be done. Uploading images and videos is not as seamless as I thought it would be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been using this software to help enhance the quality of all our digital content without compromising anything. Compiling assets into one location helps us identify content that we can or cannot use.
