What are the best aspects of this product?
It's great that Falcon's customer service team is very responsive when I send them questions or concerns. Bonus: Falcon has partnerships that give access to APIs, meaning we get to use it ahead of everyone else.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great to have one dedicated account representative assigned to us, instead of having a different person speak with us. I wonder if it means Falcon has a lot of turnover because we've had a lot of account reps and wouldn't be told when they leave. A new one just introduces themselves.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A more effective content strategy. We're able to plan it better because of the analytics that we get and share with our stakeholders.
