What are the best aspects of this product?
What I love best about FareHarbor is their customer service. It starts when we sign up: they would check in and be very patient and attentive while we find our way through the system, regardless of our concerns and almost 24/7.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
FareHarbor is wonderful yet some of the options and functionalities can be overwhelming for us. I'm grateful to their customer service team who is always at the ready to help me through what I need to do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It's a lot easier now for our customers to book our services, so our conversion rates have increased. We're also able to track our marketing efforts, so we're able to make more informed decisions about priorities based on the insights and forecasts that we get, thanks to FareHarbor.
