What are the best aspects of this product?

We're able to organize our available equipment for classes and rent according to the free time slots. FareHarbor helps us block the availability of booked equipment for a specific period and makes it more clear for everyone.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to improve the payment system where an accurate breakdown of fees are shown to clients, instead of having them go and ask about the details separately. That way, things are more transparent. If FareHarbor has a commission fee, then it should show that part to the client's credit card details so it's clear.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to manage web and face-to-face reservation transactions for all the services we offer because it helps us track both the reservations and what kind of equipment is available for use in real time.
