Great value for a free product

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that during setup, the customer service team helped us every step of the way, and even helped us customize a few settings for the things we need. It's a free software that charges commission per successful sale, compared with other platforms that charge a monthly fee.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great for the local currency equivalent to be displayed in the payment portal. Also, we could use a mobile version of the software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's improved our reservation workflow. It continues to provide great service, and at absolutely no monthly fee.
