What are the best aspects of this product?
FareHarbor's customer service is great. Starting with the Help tab, the instructions, tips and advice are clear enough so I don't have to call for help. And when I do need help, the team is consistently onhand for all my questions and concerns.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be even more helpful if I could have more accurate reporting results, plus trying out popup promos for clients who are at the checkout stage of their website experience.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
A better improved booking experience for our clients because it's so easy to use.
