What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that FareHarbor can sync up with our phones and website. This enables our clients to use our service through their phones too, so it's simpler to make travel and tour bookings in real-time from anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's been a huge advantage using it with my clients, so I have no complaints about FareHarbor so far. It's been great.

We're able to provide an efficient payment system for the convenience of our clients. It's also easier to communicate with them and swiftly manage their needs, like hotel transfers.
