What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up of account and of the product page was really simple. The ordering system also uses my random key generator which is very nice. Payments are made on time monthly and full handling fees are also applicable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Creating a personalized product page is more difficult than using a regular one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Selling technology products such as software licenses within Europe got more complicated after the EU agreed that the vendor should charge the buyer country's VAT rate. But, there is no problem with this for FastSpring as it does full invoicing including VAT. I can now focus more on improving and do tech support for my software.
