What are the best aspects of this product?
The set up for FastSpring is very fast and simple. There's no complicated process unlike other providers and the managing system for coupons is very handy too. The support for most of the payment methods is also a huge benefit along with their customer support. We're using FastSpring to receive a subscription charge.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's more of a recommendation because I think that it'd be nicer if FastSpring can integrate EDD Software licensing. Also, I think that the payout schedule should have more flexibility.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With FastSpring, I can create a personalized payment link and send it directly to my customer for me to get paid when the price of the project is dependent on the work progress.
