PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

FastSpring is very easy to setup. We integrated it to our products in a day and our business was running in a couple of days. API integration is easy and it made it possible for us to offer many payment methods to our customer base. It offers many other options for your e-commerce, such as payment and subscription.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We haven't come across any major problems. When we do have a problem, the support team helped us through it. Though I would say that setting up a store page for your products is not that easy if you are looking for a custom design, especially if you want it to look like your own web page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Through the software, we were able to accept multiple payment methods easily. It also helped us a lot in keeping customer records and sale statistics. We also get to store our order records as well.
