What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool enables us to manage all transaction information and eliminates the need to communicate directly with clients. It gives you the ability to customize order pages as well as ads, vouchers, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

FastSpring is a little difficult to manage, it'd be nice if they could have support staff to help set up order pages instead of just making user pick choices that aren't really easy to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

FastSpring helps automate product sales. This platform does most of our work when selling our products simply because it has an order page where my website is connected to every product. Our consumers just go to the order page that provides the link to our products. It is also essential in providing all the order and delivery information including the payment method, relevant taxes, and fraud protection analysis.
