It's very easy to set up; you can have an e-commerce site up and running in less than a day. Its a one-stop-shop for e-commerce particularly suited for software vendors and startups. I also like the high level of service you get and the team are always wiling to help you out fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not a lot, admittedly. There is nothing but good things to say about the software. I can't ask for anything more.
