PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

FastSpring is my number one choice for being user-friendly control panel, customization features and how responsive support is. It also proved more than capable supporting complex software licensing schemes. It is also very easy to customize while my pages are uncluttered and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Fees are not suitable for micro-payments. It would be nice as well if it was allowed by TOS to use FastSpring for custom custom freelance work, not just products. Also, a few customers couldn't figure out where to enter promotional coupons, but that's not really a deal-breaker for me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some of my previous payment processors had problems with fraud-checking and support for multiple payment methods. But after making the switch, my conversion rates may have went a bit up. When I correspond with representatives, I get that feeling that they do care about customers.
