The ease of use. Its absolutely intuitive.

The capabilities they have in AI and Text analytics are great but I would love to see them better developed.

As a small start up the interaction with client´s opinions are worth gold.
Feedbox allowed us to have qualitative and quantitative information on current clients as well as potential clients that have not yet signed on to our products.
